Based in Miami, she holds the position of Senior Advisor and Florida Licensed Insurance Broker at The Baldwin Group. Alyssa spearheads Florida sales initiatives, utilizing her robust network and strong relationships with key industry players to drive significant growth.

 

Her professional affiliations with groups like the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, Palm Beach Business Development Board, Bisnow, and Profile Miami showcase her commitment to industry excellence. As a dedicated University of Miami alumna, Alyssa actively participates in the Master of Real Estate and Development + Urbanism alumni program and mentors young women in commercial real estate.

 

Recently, she joined the founding board of AMFP’s newest chapter as Director of Social Events and became a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Alyssa’s career began with the Cumming Group in New York City, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the construction process and engaged with key decision-makers on major Manhattan projects. In 2020, she relocated to South Florida, where she joined Keller Augusta, signing prestigious clients such as Mast Capital and Fortune International.
