Alyssa DeMartino is a strategic leader in South Florida’s commercial construction and development industry, known for driving growth at the intersection of risk, capital, and real estate. Based in Miami, she serves as a Senior Vice President at Marsh, representing the largest insurance brokerage in the world. As a key member of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Practice, Alyssa leads high-impact initiatives across Florida, advising developers, owners, and investors on complex risk strategies that support large-scale projects and long-term portfolio performance.

 

She is deeply embedded in the industry through her involvement with professional networking organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of South Florida, and Bisnow.

 

A proud University of Miami alumna, Alyssa remains actively engaged with the Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism alumni program and is committed to mentoring emerging talent, with a focus on advancing women in commercial real estate.

 

Alyssa began her career in New York City with Cumming Group, where she built a strong foundation in construction and project management while leading business development initiatives across the New York and Miami markets. In this role, she worked closely with key stakeholders on complex developments, strengthening client relationships and driving strategic growth. After relocating to South Florida in 2020, she joined Keller Augusta, where she successfully advised and secured high-profile clients including Mast Capital, Empira Group, Waypoint Residential, BridgeInvest, and Fortune International. Following her tenure at Keller Augusta, Alyssa served as a Senior Advisor at The Baldwin Group, a national insurance brokerage, where she was a key member of the firm’s dedicated Construction Practice. In this role, she advised large-scale developers and contractors on complex risk management strategies, delivering tailored insurance solutions to support sophisticated construction projects and evolving project exposures.

 

Recognized for her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and unlock opportunity, Alyssa brings a highly collaborative, solutions-driven approach to every engagement. She is passionate about leveraging and continuing to expand her global network, shaped by her international experience traveling across Europe spent living in London.
