Based in Miami, Alyssa is a Senior Advisor, Florida Licensed Insurance Broker at The Baldwin Group, on the dedicated Construction and Real Estate Practice team. The Baldwin Group is the 15th largest insurance brokerage in the U.S. Alyssa spearheads Florida sales initiatives, utilizing her robust network and strong relationships with key industry players to drive significant growth.

 

Her professional affiliations with groups like the Urban Land Institute, Greater Florida Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors of South Florida, WWIRE, Bisnow, and Profile Miami showcase her commitment to industry excellence. As a dedicated University of Miami alumna, Alyssa actively participates in the Master of Real Estate and Development + Urbanism alumni program and mentors young women in commercial real estate.

 

Recently, she joined the founding board of AMFP’s newest chapter as Director of Social Events and became a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Alyssa’s career began with the Cumming Group in New York City, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of the construction process and engaged with key decision-makers on major Manhattan projects.
